Wow! I can’t believe a year ago today, I wrote my first post for Green Obsessions. It has been a long year. I have learned so much and discovered so many incredible blogs. For one, my photography skills have improved a lot! Don’t believe me? Just read one of my  earlier posts. To celebrate Green Obsession’s 1st anniversary, I’m giving away one Wally One Living Wall planter. Yeaaaaahhh! This is also my first giveaway so I am very curious to see how it will turn out. I highly recommend you read my previous post to learn more about this amazing planter.

IMG_2303This is what you will receive: One Wally One planter as pictured above, with wall fasteners. No plants included 🙂

The Wally One is much bigger than the mini Wally I reviewed. The Wally One is 38cmH x 61 cmW and holds 11-Litres of soil. It is suited for both inside and outside. The instructions on how to hang are included. Just choose a bright place suited for the type of plants you plan on planting. And remember to water the tongue (the back part) of the planter or you’ll have problems with water leakage. The planter is great as a single planter but looks even better when multiple ones are used to create a lush vertical garden.

Succulents would be great. Just remember to place the planter in a sun-filled location.

I’d put this in my kitchen and fill it with chives! I’ve tried before, but this looks like a way to do it without having my cat eat them all!

Really cool planter! I think I would plant a pothos or ivy plant into it, I think the cascading would look nice on a wall!

I would try one or two of my larger trailing African Violets, it would be interesting to see how they do in a planter like that

Congratulations on your 1 year blog anniversary!

You know I love my vine type plants so I’d put a mix of golden pothos and pothos neon – I’ve always wanted to try those two together!

Ooooh the contrasting green of the two would look very lovely in the planter.
